PLAY DOUGH

I babysat my sister today and we had fun with play dough! I love that stuff, so fun and you can make loads with it. Picture 1, 2 and 4 is mine and number 3 was made by my very cute sister.

Wasn't those roses nice? I didn't make the leaves though. Love making figures, flowers, cakes etc. from marzipan around Christmas time. Funny enough, I don't like marzipan that much, like some, but few.

SUNDAY CYCLING + OWL CITY LOVE

BOOOOYYYYAAA :D 48,23 km/29,95 miles bike ride around the almost-island Hurum.

On the last bit there's a awful up hill, soooo long, but felt good when I reached it. Now I'm tired and really really hoping that I don't start at 08 tomorrow... can't remember.

Have you heard the new album to Owl City? I HAVE, of course! Check it out on Spotify here --> All Things are Bright and Beautiful

I'm considering changing my plain ticket back to UK. Cause now I'm flying back on the 14th of September, but Owl City is having a concert 10th in O2 arena. And one of my friends, Thea, asked if I wanted to join here. The tickets are only 22£, but it cost about 45£ to change the ticket to the 10th at this moment. Then add 20-25£ for a night in hostel + 25£ in food and travel expenses. So that's about.... 115-117£/1000 kr... My original flight is booked with Norwegian, cause I need two suitcases and Ryanair unfortunately doesn't allow more than one... BUT I really wanna go, might do it :D I think Owl City is so great and it's would be amazing.

This is the trailer for their new music video that's coming soon,  Deer in the headlights

PRIDE PARADE 2011 IN OSLO

Me and Marianne went to Oslo (capitol) today to shop, eat and enjoy ourselves. And also to watch the Pride parade 2011, marking the end of the "gay week" in Oslo. Very amusing ;)

I'm proud to come from a country where everyone is almost equal, LGBT people can get married in the church, they can give blood, have kids and yeah. The new National Chief of Police department is married to a man and has one kid and expecting one more. That's great! In my picture series you'll see several proud and happy LGBT parents. A the very beginning of the parade the Minister of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion is walking, showing that the government only see humans, not orientations. The minister also wants to change the law so that it will be easier for LGBT people to adopt. The law now states that the parents have be approved by the origin country's law. Meaning f. ex. that a Norwegian LGBT couple can't adopt from several African countries.

Stopped by TGI Fridays after that and had Jack Daniels burger. Well, TGI Fridays in Oslo nothing to jump up and down about. Of course we could have come on a day when a bad chef was working, but that's no excuse. I also met a couple of friends in Oslo, which I haven't seen in like a year which was very nice :D I didn't shop anything, but my friend Marianne certainly did, hehe!

MOHAWK AND SKINHEAD

That's right everyone, NEW haircut! 5mm and a Mohawk :D Well I was thinking of cutting the Mohawk away by tomorrow, but I'll see. Cause I've NEVER liked mohawk, but I don't know. I was on my way out, when I looked at mama and said "Come on" and here we are. I thought fine, why not it's summer. Relax Laura, my golding locks will be back on my head by September ;) haha. It's lush, quick to dry and no time to style ;)

Right now Anine, Maja and me are having a "girlsnight" with wine (<3), snacks, pizza and face masks. Mine is dark chocolate from H&M, so gonna be fun to see if I'll eat it instead, haha!

Enjoy life people, do what you like and want. No one can tell you otherwise.
