STEP UP

Watched Step Up 2 last night and got so inspired, so I signed up for a dance class down at LC2 (gym). LOVE the Step Up films. Class was good, but felt that it's been a long time. Did hip hop dance for 6 months two years back, but most of that is gone now xD I hate myself for quiting dancing and that I didn't start earlier, both hip hop or classic for that matter. When I get kids I'm gonna make sure that they get the opportunity to dance or play a instrument if they want.

The dance instructor told me that they change they choreography every second week or so and that today was the second week of this one. My arm and leg coordination is not good, at least not yet, but I'll get there after a couple of weeks. So counting on that next week is gonna be better :D

Today's "song" is the final scene i Step Up 2. I wish I could dance like that! THAT is something I wanna be better at and I'm gonna do it!

SPRING CLEANING

To the naked eye it might not look like much, but believe me it is. We took EVERYTHING out of the room and stuffed it in the hallway, then we hoovered and cleaned the room. Reason for this is that it was so much dust in here, you could feel it and see it! We hoover once a week ish, but because of that horrible carpet, or dustmagnet, dust finds its way... Why UK people enjoy having carpets everywhere I really don't understand, always wondered about that when I see it in their homes. But it feels great now when it's done, fresh and clean. Perfect :D We're thinking of making this a monthly thing; 1.to clean and 2. to tidy up, but we have to see about that.

Have sort of got an idea for my personal narrative project, but not sure yet. Going to work on it tomorrow and hopefully I'm gonna get something more.

Check out P!nk new song, love that lady! Talented, different and full of opinions. She's not afraid to say to people "Fuck off!" and her songs often deal with subjects that are considered taboo in our society. If I could choose to meet or work with one person, Pink is pretty high up on my list.

E.T. GO HOME?

Well in two months, but I, or we, got plain- and bus tickets sorted today. So we're flying from Gatwick Airport 1st. April at 13:30 and landing in Norway at 15:40 (16:40 Norwegian time). This time we decided to NOT take the train, but instead take the bus directly from Swansea to Gatwick. It takes 2 hours more and leaves at 04:15, but I really couldn't care any less. Don't have to change bus so we can sleep :D

Looking forward to go skiing and ice skating! Don't miss people so much yet, only been one month, but reckon when it 1st. April comes it's gonna feel good to see family and friends in Norway again.

Back in Swansea again 30th. April just in time to finished the personal narrative project, which I by the way don't have any ideas for yet xD Hoping that within the next few days an idea will magically present itself before me. Have some mind maps, but so far a bit of a lost cause.

Still working on my fancy little project. Been to the beach again today and some other places around town. Hoping I'm able to publish my work within February, but take's a lot of time. Have a great afternoon/evening :D
