I'M SICK..... :'(

Filmed my new film today, felt it went alright, but I might have messed up the audio.... Well, I have to see tomorrow, I almost never watch my stuff the same day, I always let it "rest" for a day or two.

Now my main focus needs to be on the next essay (deadline 21.March) about musicals and why they went out of fashion. But first I'm gonna have a couple days of rest, cause I'm not feeling well at all. Today I had the temperature from hell and thought my head was gonna kill me. It hurt to stand up straight and walk! Been to the doctor today just to get some allergy pills sorted and I mentioned I had a temperature and she said: "Go straight home, take two Paracetamol and sleep" and so I did. I'm feeling a bit better, but not so much.

Saw this yesterday in Officers Club I think it was, and just had to take a picture cause it was so funny! So women, Happy women's day 2011 :D Just for the record, I think people that say womens day is important here in UK and Norway or most of Europe for that matter, is bullocks! It's women in f. ex. Middle East and Africa that still doesn't have the right to vote, that's something to fight for. Quote from one of the people I follow on Twitter: How many feminists does it take to change a light bulb? Tricky question... Feminists can't change anything.

YOU SPIN MY HEAD RIGHT ROUND...

My head has been spinning all day trying to think of everything for the shoot tomorrow. I'm filming my new film, a documentary style piece about eating disorders amongst boys. I know it's gonna pay off in the end, cause I finish shooting tomorrow, then I'm gonna start my essay after a day of rest. In a weeks time maybe start editing the film. Go back to Norway and chill out with people + work on my next essay (and finish that). So when I get back at the end of April hopefully everything is finished.


Got a haircut today at Christopher Wayne saloon, the regular place I go to. As always, for the first week or so, I don't like my new haircut. It's just something that I've almost always felt, takes a bit of time getting used to. Plus almost all my highlights are gone, so I'm back to my boring light brown/council-grey. Maybe I'll stop by Boots some day soon to buy haircolour to light up my day again???

Came home from danceclass about 20-ish and was so tired, mentally, but stopped outside. So I put on gloves, turned on this playlist and layed down on the bench outside halls to look a the stars. I lay there for 30 minutes, it was so lush. When I come back from Easter-holiday in Norway, I'm so gonna sleep outside and just look at the stars.

SUNDAY BIKE

This have to be a short entry, need to go to bed. Me and Alex cycled to Mumbles Pier today. I ate LUSH Mint Chocolate ice cream in the sun :D but to be fair, it was a bit cold today even though the sun was shining.
I tried to make my own bike mount using duck tape, but it pointed way to much down. I did order a proper bike mount last week, but they managed to send me the wrong one, so I'm waiting for the right parts. Yes I know, it's a really boring framing.



I'm gonna make at better one when I get my real mount, but can't shoot before Saturday/Sunday ish cause I've got LOADS of stuff to do. until Thursday :D We cycled 12,5miles/20km!

Both me and Alex had AWESOME shades! But he was wiser since he wore a wind-jacket...

PORT TALBOT + DON'T B H8N ON THE HOMOS

Today I was in Port Talbot to film some interviews for the Easter The Passion play with Michael Sheen. Yes people I know it`s a Christian thing, but if it says Michael Sheen or any other meaningful name, I don`t care. If I can add more to my CV, I`m in :D They wanted some interviews with the locals about their view of Port Talbot. No, don`t have any interview in the video post cause it`s still on the tape.

Talked with one of my mates here in Swansea today and got so angry on his behalf. He was out on town last night with some friends. Had a great night until a random bloody douche came up to him calling him faggot, queer etc. WHAT THE FUCK?? Why the hell is his sexual orientation  relevant in any shape or form what so ever?!? That really ruined his night, just because an idiot, that can`t see further than his fucking nose, decided to open his mouth... I really can`t understand why people should even care. Some people are so narrow-minded that I can`t believe it. They say it`s against Gods will and all that shit and that it`s destroying family values.... Take a good look in the mirror, you`re the person destroying people....

Got the latest from Justin Bieber? He`s against abortion even when pregnancy is caused by rape, saying “everything happens for a reason.” and that homosexuality is a choice rather than something that is uncontrollable. That little kid! I couldn't `t care less about his meaning, but unfortunelaty many teenagers do... So when he says this it has a huge influence on them, which is not a good thing!! We live in 2011 Bieber, grow up! Personally I think that abortion is of course something each individual should decide on, but that the governments needs to be better educating young people on how to have safe sex to avoid that in a age of 17-20... Teenage pregnancy has never been so high in the UK before...

 A group of people started the campaign FCKH8 and they`ve made some awesome adverts, funny, but still serious. And from a film students point of view, they are very good :D It was one of the blogers I follow that had post on this campaign not so long ago, Gussan.nu Like they say in the campaign videoes below: "Some dudes/chicks marry dudes/chicks. Get the FUCK over it!"





If I hadn`t been a poor student I would have bought one, maybe I`ll do anyway xD So people, what do we say?
